Who can take part
- You have relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that tests positive for CD20.
- You are between 21 and 74 years old.
- Your lymphoma can be measured on scans or tests (“measurable disease”).
- Your overall strength/function is fair (ECOG 0–2) and you’ve recovered from side effects of prior treatment.
- You have waited at least 3 weeks since your last chemotherapy and more than 4 weeks since any prior radiation.
- Your body organs are working well enough for treatment: adequate bone marrow, kidneys (kidney filtration above 15), and liver function.
- You can be in the trial legally and understand it by signing informed consent.
