Who can take part
- Have a cancer type confirmed by pathology: angiosarcoma (or a closely related rare blood-vessel cancer) and have had standard treatment fail, not exist, or be impossible to tolerate
- Have advanced cancer that cannot be removed surgically, or has spread to lymph nodes or distant organs on scans
- Have at least one measurable tumor spot on CT or MRI that doctors can measure and track (with minimum size on scan)
- Be age 18–70, with good performance status (ECOG 0–1) and expected survival > 3 months
- Have adequate blood counts, liver and kidney function, and normal-enough heart function (left heart pumping at least 50%)
