Who can take part
- You have sarcoma confirmed by pathology, and it is advanced (metastatic or not operable) with no curative option
- Your sarcoma type is leiomyosarcoma or one of these: myxofibrosarcoma, undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma, synovial sarcoma, or dedifferentiated liposarcoma
- Your cancer has at least one area that can be checked by biopsy (biopsy must be possible)
- You are 18 or older and you have had at least one prior cancer treatment line
- Your body can handle treatment based on blood counts and organ tests (blood counts, liver, kidney) and you’re generally able to do daily activities (ECOG 0–2)
- You can safely take study medicines: you must be able to swallow tablets, not have active brain/spread to the brain that’s progressing, and you must not have had prior treatment with a DNA-PK inhibitor
