Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have a clot-related leg blood-flow problem that is mild to moderate (Rutherford stage 3–5)
- Doctors can pass a wire through the blockage in the femoropopliteal artery and confirm the clot on imaging
- You must receive a clot-removal treatment through a catheter (such as mechanical or medicine-plus-mechanical removal, or catheter-directed clot dissolving)
- Good blood “runoff” is present—at least 10 cm above the ankle—with at least one healthy foot artery feeding into the toes
- You agree to join and sign the consent form
