Who can take part
- Be age 18 to 85
- Have chronic, painful or limiting leg blood-flow problems (Rutherford 3 to 5)
- Have a long blockage or severe narrowing in your native thigh-to-knee artery (with specific length and severity), and the study wire must cross the blockage properly
- Have good blood flow beyond the blockage: the lower popliteal artery is open and at least one “runoff” vessel is open
- Be able and willing to return for follow-up visits and give written consent
