Who can take part

  • You have squamous cell cancer in the head and neck that cannot be removed by surgery and has returned or spread
  • Your cancer has already been treated and did not respond to platinum chemotherapy and/or anti–PD-1 therapy
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot doctors can track on scans
  • You are expected to live at least 3 months and are well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1)
  • Blood counts, organ function, and blood clotting labs must be in acceptable ranges
  • If you can become pregnant: your pregnancy test is negative and you use effective birth control during treatment and for 6 months after
