Who can take part
- You must have a type of thyroid cancer called anaplastic (ATC) or poorly differentiated (PDTC) that has come back or spread and cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your tumor must test positive for a protein called EGFR (more than 10% of cells have it).
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan and that has grown despite previous treatment.
- You must be in good overall health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, blood).
- You cannot have had a certain type of targeted chemo called an ADC before, or have unstable brain metastases, or an active autoimmune disease requiring strong immune-suppressing drugs.
