MRG003 plus pucotenlimab for advanced thyroid cancer (ATC/PDTC)

Thyroid Cancer

Part of Cancer, Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.

This trial tests two drugs together: MRG003 (a targeted therapy that delivers chemo directly to EGFR-positive cancer cells) and pucotenlimab (an immunotherapy that helps your immune system attack the cancer). It is for people with a rare and aggressive thyroid cancer (ATC or PDTC) whose tumors have the EGFR protein and have grown despite previous treatment.

  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan and that has grown despite previous treatment.
  • You must be in good overall health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, blood).
