Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have head and neck cancer (in the mouth, throat, voice box, or similar area) that has returned or spread and can't be removed by surgery or treated with radiation.
- Your cancer has a specific genetic change called CDKN2A mutation.
- You have already tried at least one treatment with immunotherapy (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors) or chemotherapy (platinum drugs), and your cancer got worse after that.
- You have not had more than 2 lines of treatment for advanced disease.
- You are generally well (ECOG score 0 or 1), and your organs are working well enough.
