Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma that cannot be removed by surgery or radiation.
- You have already tried and not responded to an immunotherapy (PD-1 inhibitor) and/or a platinum-based chemotherapy.
- Your tumor has a confirmed lack of function in the CDKN2A gene.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You have an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1 (able to carry out daily activities).
