Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and can sign informed consent
- Your cancer is advanced (incurable or metastatic) and either didn’t respond to standard treatment, can’t be tolerated, or has no standard treatment
- You must have measurable cancer on scans/tests (measurable disease)
- Your liver, kidneys, and blood counts must be “adequate” for treatment
- If you could get pregnant: you must not be pregnant and use very effective birth control during the study and for about 3 months after the last dose
- If you are male and have sex with a woman who could get pregnant: you must use a barrier birth control method during the study and for about 3 months after the last dose
