Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for at least 6 months
  • You are over 30 years old
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 18.5 or higher, and your weight hasn’t changed in the last 3 months
  • Your recent HbA1c blood test is between 7.5% and 10.5%
  • In the last 3 months, you have not used herbal supplements, antioxidants, or multivitamins
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
