Who can take part

  • You currently have Ph+ CML or Ph+ ALL and you are already taking asciminib as part of a Novartis study.
  • You may be taking asciminib alone or with common leukemia medicines such as imatinib, nilotinib, or dasatinib, or you may be on imatinib/nilotinib/bosutinib as your current treatment.
  • Your earlier (parent) study treatment is still active—you were not stopped from the parent study.
  • You must have handled side effects well: any side effects that were possibly caused by the study medicine must be resolved.
  • You must be able and willing to follow the study schedule and treatment plan for visits and procedures.
  • You must follow pregnancy-prevention rules during the study (not pregnant or nursing, and using highly effective contraception if you could become pregnant or father a child).
