Who can take part

  • You must have a specific type of B-cell leukemia that has a change in the ABL gene (called Philadelphia-positive or ABL-class Ph-like ALL).
  • Your leukemia must still be active (detectable) after at least one round of treatment or have come back after treatment.
  • If you have had a prior treatment that targets a protein called CD19 (like CAR T-cell therapy), you must still have evidence of CD19 on your leukemia cells after that treatment.
  • You must have normal liver and kidney function, as shown by blood tests.
  • Your heart function must be normal, as shown by a heart ultrasound (echocardiogram).
