Who can take part
- You must have confirmed prostate cancer that is spreading and still progressing despite hormone treatment (castration-resistant).
- Your cancer must be worsening based on PSA rise, new/expanding spots on scans, or new bone lesions.
- You must be able to do most daily activities (ECOG performance 0 to 2).
- Your testosterone level must be low (under 50 ng/dL), and you must keep using hormone-blocking injections/meds unless you already had both testicles removed.
- You must have tried at least one of these: enzalutamide or abiraterone; and you must have had taxane chemotherapy, or your doctor said you can’t have it, or you refused it.
- Your blood counts and organ tests must meet specific “healthy enough” lab thresholds, and you must be 18 or older.
