- You have prostate cancer that has spread to the liver and other parts of the body.
- Your cancer has gotten worse despite past hormone treatments and at least one of the stronger hormone drugs (like abiraterone or enzalutamide).
- You have tumors in the liver that your doctor thinks can be treated with a local procedure (like radiofrequency ablation or radiation).
- You have good enough organ function (kidneys, liver, blood counts) to safely receive the treatment.
- You must be willing to use contraception during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
