- You tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days
- Your chest X-ray or CT shows changes in both lungs (bilateral infiltrates)
- You need extra oxygen or other breathing support to keep oxygen levels above 92%
- You do not have a known history of long-term lung scarring (interstitial lung disease)
- You do not have a known history of congestive heart failure
