Who can take part

  • Be age 18 or older and able to understand the study and sign consent (or have a legal representative do so)
  • Have advanced or metastatic NSCLC confirmed by tumor testing, with PD-L1 less than 1% on a specific test (22C3)
  • Be in good enough physical condition (ECOG 0–1) and have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans
  • Be able to share tumor tissue for study testing (a new biopsy is optional but may be recommended if safe)
  • Have not had the study drugs before, and be ready for washout timing from other treatments (no recent chemo/other cancer drugs, and no recent investigational drugs)
