Test whether FGF19 helps non-diabetic kidney disease

Who can take part

  • You have chronic kidney disease with an eGFR under 60, or you have been on dialysis for more than 3 months
  • You have not had a kidney transplant before
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 30
  • If you can become pregnant, you must use effective birth control
  • You do not have diabetes (based on recent blood sugar and diabetes medicines)
  • You can give informed consent and agree to study procedures
