Extension inhaled treprostinil study for fibrotic lung disease
Treatments studied
Part of Lungs & breathing clinical trials.
This is an add-on (extension) study testing whether continuing inhaled treprostinil can help people with fibrotic lung disease who took part in earlier related studies. It mainly continues treatment and follow-up for eligible participants.

This Phase 3 trial tests whether inhaled treprostinil can slow progression of lung fibrosis (scarring) that keeps getting worse despite standard care. It also looks at safety, because inhaled medicine can cause side effects and needs careful monitoring.
This study continues treatment for people who already completed a previous study with an Avalyn inhaled antifibrotic drug. It aims to check the long-term safety of the medication for patients with certain types of lung scarring.
This trial is a long-term follow-up study for people who already completed a previous study of an inhaled treprostinil medication (TPIP) for pulmonary hypertension caused by interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD). It tests whether continued treatment with TPIP is safe and effective over a longer period.
This trial tests an inhaled medicine (TPIP) for people with both lung scarring (interstitial lung disease) and high blood pressure in the lungs (pulmonary hypertension). It aims to see if the drug helps improve exercise ability and symptoms.
This study tests a new dry powder inhaled medicine called LIQ861 for people with pulmonary hypertension related to lung scarring (PH-ILD). If you are already taking an inhaled treprostinil treatment but need better control, this trial may help you switch to a potentially easier-to-use version.
This trial tests the safety of a new inhaled medicine. You must be a healthy nonsmoker, have normal lung function, and agree to avoid certain medications and foods.
