Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and can sign informed consent
  • Your CT scan (HRCT) within the last year shows lung fibrosis covering more than 10%
  • You have progressive pulmonary fibrosis (not IPF) that worsened in the last 24 months despite standard treatment
  • Your lung function test at screening shows FVC at least 45% predicted
  • You will either stay on one approved anti-fibrosis pill (nintedanib or pirfenidone) or will not start either one during the study if you haven’t used them for at least 90 days
  • If you use certain immune-suppressing medicines (like mycophenolate or methotrexate), you must be on them long enough and your doctor feels they have not helped
