ABSK-011 with standard care for advanced liver cancer

Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery and has been previously treated with at least one immunotherapy and one targeted therapy.
  • Your cancer tests positive for a specific protein marker called FGF19 overexpression.
  • You have a Child-Pugh score of A, meaning your liver function is relatively good.
  • You are able to perform daily activities without much help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
