Who can take part
- Be 18 years old or older
- Be able and willing to sign an informed consent form
- Not be pregnant or breastfeeding when you are recruited
- Avoid major kidney or liver problems (such as very low kidney function or markedly abnormal liver blood tests)
- Avoid certain hormone and steroid-related medicines in the 3–6 months before joining
