Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 80 years old and have mantle cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded after trying a BTK inhibitor (like ibrutinib).
- If you've had bendamustine before, it must have worked and you need to have been off of it for at least 1 year.
- Your doctor will need to do a biopsy (or use an old sample) to confirm the lymphoma is back, and you'll have a bone marrow exam.
- You need to be in fairly good health overall, with adequate blood counts, kidney, liver, and heart function.
- You should not have had an organ transplant, active infections (like hepatitis B or C, tuberculosis, or HIV), or certain neurological conditions (like peripheral neuropathy).
- If you're able to become pregnant, you'll need a negative pregnancy test and agree to use effective birth control during and after treatment.
