Study of three drugs for mantle cell lymphoma
Treatments studied
Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.
This trial tests a combination of three medications (zanubrutinib, obinutuzumab, and sonrotoclax) for people with mantle cell lymphoma, a type of blood cancer. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and effective, and it may be an option for people who are older or have health issues that make a stem cell transplant too risky.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of mantle cell lymphoma, and the disease must be stage II to IV.
- You need to be at least 65 years old, or if younger, you must have a health condition that makes a stem cell transplant not possible (like heart, lung, liver, or kidney problems, or a low performance status).
- Your blood counts must be within certain limits: white blood cells, platelets, and hemoglobin levels must be adequate, though lower counts are allowed if they are due to the lymphoma.
- Your kidney and liver function must be adequate, based on blood tests.
- Your heart must be in good condition: no heart attack in the last 6 months, no unstable angina in the last 3 months, and no life-threatening heart rhythm problems.
- You cannot have had any previous systemic treatment for your lymphoma (steroids for urgent control are allowed for a short time).

This study tests a combination of three drugs (glofitamab, orelabrutinib, and bortezomib) to see if it is safe and effective for people with a fast-growing or hard-to-treat type of mantle cell lymphoma. If you have high-risk features, this therapy might be an option.
This trial tests a combination of three drugs—obinutuzumab, zanubrutinib, and lenalidomide—as a first treatment for mantle cell lymphoma. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and effective for patients who have not had prior therapy.
This trial tests a combination of three drugs (glofitamab, ibrutinib, and obinutuzumab) for people with untreated mantle cell lymphoma. The goal is to see if this combination works better for high-risk or older patients.
This trial tests two targeted drugs, zanubrutinib and tafasitamab, for people with mantle cell lymphoma. The goal is to see if this combination works better than standard treatments.
This trial tests a new combination of two targeted therapies for people with mantle cell lymphoma that has come back or hasn't responded to prior treatment. It aims to see if adding sonrotoclax to zanubrutinib works better than zanubrutinib alone.
This trial tests a combination of three targeted drugs for mantle cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatment. It aims to see if this new drug cocktail can work better than standard options.
