Who can take part
- Be 18 to 80 years old
- Have confirmed congenital antithrombin deficiency (antithrombin activity ≤ 60% on past tests)
- Have had blood clots (TE) or related serious clot events (TEEs) in your past, or in close family
- Have a planned study treatment event: scheduled high-risk surgery, or a planned C-section/delivery at 27+ weeks (if pregnant)
- For people who can get pregnant: have a negative urine pregnancy test at screening and before starting
- Be able to give informed consent
