Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are currently having a severe episode of TMA
  • You agree to use effective birth control for 90 days after the last dose
  • You have not had a blood-filtering treatment (plasma exchange) in the last 7 days
  • You have no active internal bleeding or recent major bleeding
  • You do not have severe uncontrolled high blood pressure, kidney or liver failure, or an active infection
