- Your heart condition makes you a high risk for traditional open-heart surgery
- Your heart and valve shape must fit the study’s anatomical requirements for the device
- You are not considered unable to have the procedure (not inoperable)
- Your heart pumping strength (ejection fraction) must be 25% or higher
