Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old (or up to 80 for some parts of the study).
- You have been newly diagnosed with a type of PTCL, except for certain subtypes like anaplastic large cell, NK/T-cell, or skin lymphoma.
- You are generally well enough to do daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
- Your blood counts (hemoglobin, platelets, and neutrophils) are within safe levels.
- Your liver and kidney function tests are within acceptable limits.
- You have not had a PI3K inhibitor before (a type of targeted therapy).
