Who can take part

  • Be age 18 or older.
  • Have advanced (metastatic or unresectable) NSCLC or another solid tumor, and the disease has grown after standard treatment or you can’t tolerate it (or you refuse standard treatment in Part 1’s situation).
  • Have the required tumor biomarker results from recent testing, depending on which study group (EGFR and/or MET positive, such as EGFR exon 20 insertion or MET exon 14 skipping, etc.).
  • Be well enough to take treatment: ECOG 0–1 and expected survival of at least 3 months.
  • Be able to follow study procedures, have informed consent, and have adequate blood and organ function (including no blood transfusions or growth factor support close to the first dose).
