Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has spread and standard treatments are no longer working.
  • You are in fairly good physical shape (able to be up and about) and expected to live at least 12 weeks.
  • You are willing to have a fresh tumor sample taken (biopsy) before starting the study.
  • Your cancer is either head and neck cancer (after certain treatments) or colorectal cancer that meets specific genetic profiles.
  • You have not had untreated or symptomatic brain metastases, and your heart, liver, and kidney function are adequate.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to use effective birth control during and after the study.
