Who can take part
- You have a solid tumor (like lung, liver, esophageal, or head/neck cancer) that is locally advanced or metastatic and hasn't responded to standard therapy
- Your tumor must have MAGE-A1 expression (confirmed by lab test)
- You must have the HLA-A*02:01 genetic marker (confirmed by lab test)
- You have at least one measurable tumor visible on imaging that hasn't been treated with radiation, or shows growth after prior radiation
- You're in good overall health with an ECOG performance status of 0–1 (able to do most normal activities or with some limitations)
- You must be willing to use reliable birth control for 6 months after your last dose if you could become pregnant
