This is an early-stage trial testing a new drug called CRPA1A2 that trains your immune cells to fight certain cancers. The drug targets tumors that have specific genetic markers (MAGE-A1 and HLA-A*02:01). You may qualify if you have advanced cancer that hasn't responded to standard treatments.

Who can take part

  • You have a solid tumor (like lung, liver, esophageal, or head/neck cancer) that is locally advanced or metastatic and hasn't responded to standard therapy
  • Your tumor must have MAGE-A1 expression (confirmed by lab test)
  • You must have the HLA-A*02:01 genetic marker (confirmed by lab test)
  • You have at least one measurable tumor visible on imaging that hasn't been treated with radiation, or shows growth after prior radiation
  • You're in good overall health with an ECOG performance status of 0–1 (able to do most normal activities or with some limitations)
  • You must be willing to use reliable birth control for 6 months after your last dose if you could become pregnant
