Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with hip microinstability (a feeling of hip instability).
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You do NOT have hip osteoarthritis (wear-and-tear arthritis in the hip).
- You do NOT have severe hip dysplasia (a hip bone shape issue that is more severe).
- You do NOT have Perthes disease or avascular necrosis of the femoral head (bone blood supply problems).
- You have NOT had surgery on your hip joint before.
