Who can take part
- You can read and understand the consent form and agree to sign it
- You are 18 years old or older
- Your overall health is fairly good (ECOG 0 to 2)
- Your prostate cancer is intermediate- to high-risk based on tumor stage, PSA, and/or Gleason score
- Your cancer appears limited to the prostate and/or seminal vesicles (no spread to distant sites or suspicious pelvic lymph nodes)
- Your prostate is 60 cc or smaller, and you can safely have sedation or general anesthesia
