Who can take part

  • You are a man aged 18 or older.
  • You have prostate cancer that has been confirmed by biopsy.
  • Your cancer is staged as localized or locally advanced (T1-T4, N0, M0).
  • A PSMA PET scan shows no cancer in your pelvic lymph nodes or elsewhere in your body.
  • Your cancer is intermediate, high, or very high risk according to NCCN guidelines.
  • You are able to undergo radiation therapy and possibly hormone therapy (ADT) as planned.

Boosting radiation for prostate cancer in lymph nodes

This trial tests whether giving higher radiation doses to the prostate and pelvic lymph nodes is more effective than treating only the prostate. You may benefit if your prostate cancer has spread to nearby lymph nodes but not to bones or other organs, and you are getting hormone therapy.
