- You have pre-surgery MRI images available at this hospital
- You are 18 years old or older
- Your ACL injury is only on one knee (not both knees)
- You do not have other major ligament injuries at the same time (posterior cruciate or collateral ligaments)
- Your pre-surgery MRI must be accessible at this hospital (not missing/unavailable)
