Who can take part
- Be an adult woman older than 18 years
- Have advanced or recurrent gynecologic cancer and be cared for through the AHMG Advent Health Orlando Gynecologic Oncology Group
- Have an immunotherapy treatment plan already ordered by your care team
- Be able and willing to collect stool (fecal) samples at three different time points
- Be able to read and understand the informed consent form (or have support to do so)
- Avoid certain medicines before and during the study, especially antibiotics, laxatives, proton pump inhibitors, and metformin, and not be on another investigational (study) drug
