Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 38 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with a solid tumor or soft tissue sarcoma (confirmed by biopsy).
- You are scheduled to receive or are already receiving immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy (a type of immunotherapy).
- You had normal ovarian function and fertility before treatment (like regular periods and normal hormone levels).
- You have not used any sex hormone medications (such as birth control) in the last 6 months.
- You have not taken antibiotics or probiotics in the last 3 months.
- You are willing to provide blood and stool samples before and after treatment.
- Your cancer is expected to allow you to live more than 12 weeks, and you are in generally good health.
