Who can take part
- You have lymphoma that is found only in the brain/spinal fluid (primary CNS lymphoma or DLBCL only in the CNS).
- Your lymphoma has come back or not responded, even after at least one methotrexate-based treatment.
- You are at least 18 years old and can read, understand, and sign consent papers.
- You can do planned checkups, blood tests, and brain/spine scans on schedule.
- Your MRI shows measurable or assessable active disease, and you can usually tolerate a lumbar puncture.
- Your blood counts, liver/kidney tests, and overall condition are high enough for treatment to be considered safe.
