Who can take part
- You have a new diagnosis of primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) or secondary central nervous system lymphoma (SCNSL) that has come back after treatment.
- You must be 18 years or older and able to give written consent.
- A recent brain MRI shows at least one measurable tumor.
- You have adequate organ function (blood counts, liver, kidneys, heart, and thyroid).
- You have not had previous treatment with certain immunotherapies (like PD-1 inhibitors or CAR-T cells).
- You do not have active serious infections, autoimmune diseases, or other cancers that are not controlled.
