Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed advanced (metastatic), returning, or hard-to-remove solid cancer
  • Your cancer got worse or did not respond to the first treatment, or no standard option is available
  • Your tumor must have an FGFR gene change found by an approved DNA test (NGS)
  • You can provide an existing tumor tissue sample or agree to a new biopsy
  • Your overall health is generally good enough for study treatment (ECOG 0–1 for most people; KPS ≥70 for primary brain tumors)
  • Your blood and body chemistry levels meet key limits (for example corrected calcium and phosphate)
