Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older and weigh at least 50 kg.
- Your tumor must be one of these types: clear-cell kidney cancer, certain lung cancers (without EGFR/ALK mutations), prostate cancer, breast cancer (with known hormone receptor status), or head and neck cancers.
- Your tumor must show high FGFR1 protein levels (2+ or higher) on a special lab test.
- Your cancer must have worsened after at least two prior treatments, or you cannot have standard treatments.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor (seen on scans) and be in generally good health (ECOG score 0 or 1).
