This trial tests two new drugs, ABSK061 and ABSK043, in people whose cancers have specific changes in the FGFR2 or FGFR3 genes. It may be an option if your cancer has stopped responding to standard treatments or if no standard treatment is available.

Who can take part

  • Your cancer must have a specific change in the FGFR2 or FGFR3 gene, confirmed by a lab test.
  • You must have advanced cancer that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery.
  • If you have gastric or esophageal cancer, you must have a type that is HER2-negative and have had little or no prior treatment.
  • If you have lung cancer, you must have tried at least one standard treatment and you should not have certain other gene changes (like EGFR or ALK) unless you've had targeted therapy.
  • You cannot have had prior treatment with a FGFR-targeted drug.
