  • You must be a man age 18 or older
  • You have a urethral narrowing (stricture) in the penile part only
  • Your surgeon needs a two-stage repair using a graft from oral lining (mouth tissue)
  • You can agree to the study, follow instructions, and do the required visits/tests
  • You must be medically fit enough for surgery as decided by the surgeon
