Who can take part

  • You are an adult with HR+ and HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed surgically
  • Your cancer has shown progress on scans after treatment with a CDK4/6 medicine plus hormone (endocrine) therapy
  • You have had standard chemotherapy for advanced breast cancer, but no more than one prior line in that advanced setting
  • There is a spot that doctors can safely biopsy (except bone-only metastases), and you have at least one measurable tumor spot on imaging
  • You can do the study visits (ECOG performance status 0–1) and are expected to live at least 12 weeks
  • Your organ tests and blood counts are adequate, and if you can become pregnant (or can cause pregnancy), you agree to strict birth control rules
