Who can take part

  • You have a type of breast cancer called HR+ (hormone receptor positive) and HER2- (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative).
  • Your breast cancer is either advanced (can't be removed with surgery) or has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
  • You have received a CDK4/6 inhibitor (like Ibrance or Kisqali) with hormone therapy, and your cancer got worse during that treatment or within 2 years of finishing it.
  • You must not have had more than one line of treatment for advanced breast cancer (except the CDK4/6 inhibitor plus hormone therapy).
  • You cannot have certain other health conditions, like uncontrolled heart disease, lung problems needing oxygen, or a history of severe lung inflammation.
