Who can take part
- You have stage III or stage IV breast cancer that is HER2-negative
- You are 18 years or older and able to do most daily activities (ECOG 0–2)
- Your cancer has gotten worse after your most recent cancer treatment
- You have recent blood test results that are safe enough (blood counts, kidney, liver values)
- You can have biopsies taken before starting and during treatment (and the site must be accessible)
