Toripalimab after surgery and chemoradiation for head and neck cancer

Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinomas

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial studies toripalimab to lower the risk of the cancer coming back after surgery and additional chemo-radiation. It may help the immune system “finish the job” after your main treatment, especially if you have higher-risk features.

Toripalimab with chemoradiation before surgery for esophageal cancer

This trial tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug toripalimab to standard chemoradiation before surgery helps people with a type of esophageal cancer. It is for patients whose cancer has not spread to other organs and who have not had treatment before.

Toripalimab after chemoradiation for older esophageal cancer

This study tests whether adding a drug called toripalimab after standard chemoradiation can help older adults with esophageal cancer. The goal is to see if this treatment can keep the cancer from coming back after initial therapy.

Toripalimab plus chemo after NSCLC surgery

This trial tests adding the immunotherapy drug toripalimab to chemotherapy after surgery for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It is for patients who either had no treatment before surgery or had chemo-immunotherapy before surgery and still have signs of cancer in their lymph nodes. NCT05343325Recruiting· Phase 2
Neoadjuvant low-dose radiation with chemo-immunotherapy for head and neck cancer

This Phase 2 study tests whether giving low-dose radiation before surgery—along with chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug—can work better and be safe for treating locally advanced head and neck squamous cell cancer. It may help shrink tumors before surgery and reduce the chance of the cancer coming back.
