Testing toripalimab after lung cancer surgery using ctDNA

Who can take part

  • You must have had surgery to remove all visible lung cancer (clear margins) within the last 60 days.
  • Your cancer stage must be IB, II, or some IIIA (non-small cell lung cancer).
  • If your cancer is the non-squamous type, it must not have an EGFR or ALK gene change.
  • You should be between 18 and 75 years old and able to do normal daily activities with little to no help (ECOG 0-1).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function need to be within certain safe levels.
  • You cannot have an active autoimmune disease, uncontrolled hepatitis B/C, or a history of other cancer in the last 5 years (with a few exceptions).
