- You have advanced systemic mastocytosis: aggressive systemic mastocytosis, systemic mastocytosis with an associated blood cancer, or mast cell leukemia
- Your mastocytosis has measurable signs your doctors can track (measurable disease)
- Your overall health status is acceptable (ECOG score 0 to 3)
- Your recent blood and chemistry test results are within the trial’s required limits
- You do NOT still have serious side effects from prior mastocytosis treatment (must be fully resolved to mild or none)
- You do NOT have specific excluded genetics or infections (for example, PDGFRA fusion; also no untreated HIV or active hepatitis B/C)
