  • You are pregnant and no more than 20 weeks along
  • You can send or receive text messages
  • Your pregnancy is a single baby (not twins or more)
  • You have not had a previous birth (first pregnancy)
  • You currently drink sugary drinks (soda or other sugar-sweetened beverages)
  • You live in an area covered by a grocery delivery service used for the study
