Who can take part

  • You are pregnant and between 8 and under 18 weeks pregnant when screened
  • Your pregnancy is a single baby (not twins or more)
  • You are 18 to 45 years old, and your pre-pregnancy BMI is between 20 and 45
  • You have not already gained more than 25% above the usual recommended amount for your BMI
  • You do not smoke more than 20 cigarettes per day
  • You can use a phone or computer and join study sessions and materials online
